The Thames Discovery Programme were first invited to work at this site by the Parliamentary Estates Directorate in 2013. Recording work focused on the scatter of medieval and post-medieval moulded stone revealed on the foreshore by World War II bomb damage. Much of this site falls into a security exclusion zone and public access is not permitted.
